- Left Renal calculus <2cm
- Hx of R hydronephrosis
- Bilateral flank pain

- Left Percutaneous ultrasonic nephrolithotripsy approximately 2cm, tubeless
- Dilation and establishment of a percutaneous access tract
- Antegrade placement of firm double-J ureteral stent
- Antegrade nephrostogram
- Fluoroscopy <1hr
- Images interpreted by MD
- Placement of Foley by MD

- Cook 6F x 24cm firm double J stent
- Additional 20F foley catheter
- Kaye nephrostomy tamponade balloon
